mkoperating.com is operated by MK Operating Company LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. By using the site, requesting an audit, booking a call, or messaging us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The free audit
The audit is free and meant to show where missed-call follow-up and booking would help your business. It is a recommendation, not a guarantee of leads, revenue, or results. We may decline work that is not a fit.
Booking a call
Scheduling a call does not create a paid engagement. Any work we do for you starts only after we agree on scope and you accept it in writing (email is enough).
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your audit, your booking, or services you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
No guaranteed results
Local service work depends on your crew, your market, and how you use the systems. We do not promise a specific number of jobs, reviews, or dollars.
Your content
You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not send us anyone else’s personal information unless you have the right to. We describe how we handle data in our privacy policy.
North Carolina law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
