Who we are
MK Operating Company LLC (“MK Operating”, “we”, “us”) helps local service businesses automate missed-call follow-up, booking, and back-office work. We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This page explains what information we collect through mkoperating.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name and contact details when you request an audit, book a call, or message us through the chat widget; the business details you share in the audit questionnaire; and the content of messages you send us by chat, text, or email. We also collect basic usage information (pages visited, actions taken on the site) to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To generate your audit, respond to your requests, schedule and hold calls, deliver services you engage us for, and follow up with you about them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
AI processing
Audit answers are processed with AI (Anthropic’s Claude) to produce your recommendations. This processing is done to deliver the audit you requested; we do not use your information to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run the business: LeadConnector / HighLevel (chat widget, scheduling, text and email follow-up), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (data storage), and Anthropic (AI processing of audit answers). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your audit, your booking, or services you’ve asked about. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as we’re working together or as needed to respond to you, and afterwards only as long as legal or accounting obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email or call us using the details below and we’ll take care of it.
